Common Admission Test 2013-2014
CAT –Common Admission Test is conducted by the IIMs – Indian Institute of Management.CAT Exam is conducted once in a year for admission in post graduate program -MBA, PGDM and other management courses.CAT exam helps to candidate to take admission in top B-schools and in IIMs. Shortlisted candidates will be able for next level which may be WAT – Written Ability Test, GD – Group Discussion and PI – Personal Interview. Second level Selection criteria of every IIM are independent from each others. Every IIMs send interview letter to the shortlisted candidates.

CAT-2013 – 2014:
Online Registration opening date is: 5 August 2013
Closing Date of Online Registration is: 26th September 2013
Tentative Test Date: 16th October 2013 to 11th November 2013
Result will be available from: 14 January 2014 on its official website – http://www.cat2013.iimidr.ac.in
Test Centers: 40 center (Across India)
Payment Of Registration Fees
The Fees for General and NC-OBC candidates is 1600 Rupees and 800 rupees for SC/ST/PWD/DA candidates.
Test Center – 40 test cities are selected for CAT 2013-2014 entrance exam across the India by IIMs.
Eligibility Criteria For CAT:
For General Cast candidates – Candidates must have any bachelor degree and has obtain at least 50% marks.
For SC (Schedule cast)/ST (Schedule Tribe)/DA (Differently Abled) / PWD (Persons with disabilities) candidates – candidates must have any bachelor degree with at least 45% marks.
Test Schedule And Important Detail-
CAT entrance test will be held on two session Morning session and Afternoon session
1-Morning Session- if you registered for morning session then online testing will be begin at 10:00AM and you should be reach one and half hour (1:30) before begin the test at test center.
2 – Afternoon Session – if you registered for afternoon session then online testing will be begin at 3:15PM and you should be reach one and half hour (1:45) before begin the test at test center.
3- Bring Admit Card with yourself
4- Keep one valid original photo identity card
5 – Sc (Schedule Cast)/ST (Schedule Tribe) must bring valid document as proof of SC/ST Quota.
