Eligibility Criterria
Qualification
A. Senior Secondary from a recognised Board or its equivalent examination, And
B. “O” or Higher Level Certificate Course conducted by DOEACC under control of the Department of Electronics, Government of India. OR
Computer operator & Programming Assistant (COPA)/Data Preparation and Computer Software (DPCS) certificate organised under National/ State Council of Vocational Training Scheme. OR
Diploma in Computer Science/Computer Applications from a University established by law in India or from an institution recognised by the Government. OR
Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering from a polytechnic institution recognised by the Government. OR
Rajasthan State Certificate Course in Information Technology (RS-CIT) conducted by Verdhaman Mahaveer Open University, Kota under control of Rajasthan Knowledge Corporation Limited.
Desirable Qualification : Working knowledge of Hindi written in Devnagri Script and knowledge of Rajasthani Culture.
Age Limit : Minimum 18 years and maximum 35 years as on 01.01.2014, Relaxation will be given as per rule.

Scheme of examination:
The Combined Competitive Examination will be held in two successive stages-
(i) Preliminary Examination, and
(ii) Main Examination
Preliminary examination : The Preliminary Examination will consist of one paper on the subject specified below, which will be of objective type and carry a maximum of 200 marks. The examination is meant to serve as a screening test only. The Standard of the paper will be that of a Bachelor?s Degree Level. The marks obtained in the Preliminary Examination by the candidates. who are declared qualified for admission to Main Examination will not be counted for determining their final order of merit.
General Knowledge & General Science : 200 Marks ( 3 Hours).
Main examination:
(a) The number of candidates to be admitted to the Main Examination will be 15 times the total approximate number of vacancies (category wise) to be filled in the year in the various Services and posts but in the said range all those candidates who secure the same percentage of marks as may be fixed by the Commission for any lower will be admitted to the Main Examination.
(b) The written examination will consist of the following four papers which will be descriptive/analytical. A candidate must take all the papers listed below which will also consist of question paper of brief, medium long answer and Subject Maximum Marks Time General Knowledge & General Science 200 Three hours descriptive type questions. The standard of General Hindi and General English will be that of Sr. Secondary level. The
time allowed for each paper shall be 3 hours.
Paper I : General Studies-I 200
Paper II : General Studies-II 200
Paper III : General Studies-III 200
Paper IV : General Hindi and General English 200
